Three memorable things in the last day:
- Yesterday Ian took his boots off after coming home from school to reveal dirt-caked bare feet. Me: "Wow, Ian, your feet are really dirty!" Ian: "Yes, because I'm a man!"
- Today while I was searching everywhere in the car for my keys after loading in the groceries. Ian: "What you're doing?" Me: "Looking for my keys.". Ian: "Maybe you have them with you already.". He was right, the key ring was looped over my finger the whole time.
- While watching his favorite Curious George episode, in which George accidentally lets all the zoo animals out, then puts them back in the wrong places. Ian: "The monkey put all the animals in the wrong places and I said FAIL!" So glad he's keeping up with the times!
