BFFs

At long last, we were finally able to arrange a play date for Ian and his best friend, who switched to public school in September. After a shy moment of reacquaintance, they were best buds again. Sustaining friendships is a bit of a challenge, since Ian's school has fewer students as they progress through the elementary grades. Our neighborhood kids are fragmented into numerous public, magnet, and private schools, so there is no cohesive social local school choice. Here's to keeping up great friendships!
