Ian the Fire Chief!
It was a miserably cold and rainy Halloween, but Ian said, “it’s really good that I have a costume with a hat and a raincoat and boots for a rainy Halloween!” Very true. He was very excited about trick or treating this year and had a great time despite the weather.

That was a really good choice of outfit for a rainy Halloween. We had a dry, crisp evening here in Central New York. I didn't see any firemen in the 200+ who stopped by, so Ian would have been unique.
