Ian goes to the zoo

Syracuse has a nice zoo, at which I spent many hours as a child. Ian has been there twice this week to see the monkeys, lions, and duckies (birds). Today we went especially to see the elephants. In the winter, they only come out at certain times. Ian saw how big the elephants were, and said "Wow!":

We got to see the elephant way up close. Its trunk was touching Ian's jacket, but he didn't want to touch the elephant:

After a few elephant minutes, he had had enough, and moved on to play with the snow pile:

After the elephants, we went to see the birdies:

And we were lucky to catch the lions outside (last time it was too cold for them to be out). Ian got to hear them roar!:

In the lion video it is interesting to see Ian watch the boy to his right standing on the window sill. He then decides to do the same and does it.
