He's ready to leave for school here, sporting his new gym pants, a large new sweater, his new rain boots, his lunch bag, and the winter hat that I knit for him (as you can see, it's still awaiting tassles). He often makes fashion statements at school. The day after this, he went to school in pajamas, and the next day he insisted on removing the clothes I dressed him in and arrived in nothing but a diaper. Fortunately his teachers are in favor of letting children make decisions about anything that isn't harmful to them, so they're cool with Ian's wild and varied outfits!
