Roommate Reunion

The year after college, I shared a house with two women in Massachusetts -- Anneke and Dayna. It so happens that Dayna and her husband have settled in Durham also. Although they're only a couple miles from us, we are all very busy and only see each other occasionally. Anneke and her husband and daughter Sasha are living in DC, and we've seen them a few times as we drive up and down the coast. They decided to come to Durham for a visit yesterday, though, so we had a little housemates reunion day, complete with husbands and children (in Dayna's case, the child is still conveniently in utero). We had a fun and very active day yesterday walking around Durham to see various things, and finding places to eat. We finished the day with a trip to our favorite local park (the one with sand and water!), and then dinner in Dayna's backyard. We didn't bring the camera along on our travels, but got one shot of Sasha and Ian at our house. They may appear to be sharing the Sit n' Spin, but there was actually a subtle toddler wrestling match going on:
