The injury that Ian Bear suffered is shown in the photo below. He has already had his overalls (labelled "Ian", just in case we forget his name), removed to prepare for hospitalization. We have printed the paperwork and he is ready for his trip to Vermont for reconstructive surgery and rehabilitation. Get Well Soon, Ian Bear!

Bear Repair
Ian has a friend named Ian Bear (a gift from Grammie and Pa). Ian Bear suffered an encounter with Zrbrt yesterday which will require hospitalization. Fortunately, unlike the slew of other toys Ian has lost over time to the dogs, Ian Bear has comprehensive health insurance. (The dogs are actually quite good at leaving Ian's toys alone when we're home, almost all the damage is done when we accidentally leave a toy in dog range when we leave.) Perhaps Congress and President Obama can model health reform on the Vermont Teddy Bear company's health insurance plan for bears.
