THIS IS IT!
Elaine has been feeling discomfort in her abdomen and lower back all afternoon - until a little while ago, when it progressed into real, honest-to-goodness contractions!

I'm so excited Ian is finally here. I hope the labor was not too rough. I can't wait to meet him. He is beautiful and you look absolutely enthralled with him.
