An Outing
Today we all went to Duke Gardens for an afternoon outing in the perfect weather we're having. Ian seemed happy looking around at everything, and the dogs were very excited to explore a new place. After a walk around, we stopped in a grassy spot to rest and feed Ian. We were happily serenaded by a string quartet playing nearby for a wedding reception, especially since they started with Doug's favorite -- the Imperial March (I still think he may not have forgiven me for not allowing him to use this as a processional in our wedding).

I have to say that in the first photograph here Ian is beginning to look a lot like Doug.

thats so funny b/c i was just about to write the same thing when i looked at the pic...about how Ian is looking alot like doug in the first pick...fun stuff!
