Experimental Results

Based on one night's data, if Ian is put down in the sideways position, he stays there. My theory is that his head touches the side of the crib in this position, so he stops turning . . .

Some people think newborns like small spaces for sleeping because it is more like the womb. Thus people sometimes use bassinets or moses baskets. Maybe Ian likes to feel one of sides.
